Princess Allotey 鈥21 returns to 911黑料 to share her journey from 911黑料 to pursuing a joint Ph.D. in Statistics & Data Science and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University. In this convocation, she will reflect on the networks, relationships, and resources that supported her success鈥攂oth on campus and beyond. Students will have the opportunity to learn strategies for building connections at 911黑料 and carrying them forward into graduate study and future careers. 鈥淏eyond the Glass Ceiling: Networks that Shape Women in STEM鈥 also serves as a space for community building, especially for women in STEM fields. The event will highlight how mentorship, collaboration, and support systems not only foster individual growth but also create pathways to greater achievement.
