Kevin joined the 911黑料 DPS on September 1, 2025. He is a native of Lincoln County, having graduated from Lincoln County High School in 1994 and lives in Stanford. He also has Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Eastern Kentucky University. 

Kevin spent the last 7 years working with Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a sports and campus outreach ministry working primarily with high school and middle school students. 

Before FCA, Kevin worked for the Kentucky Court of Justice for 5 years and provided investigative services to the Circuit and District Courts among other duties in the court system.

Prior to the Court of Justice, Kevin spent 17 years with WalMart Stores, Inc., beginning as an hourly associate stocking shelves and cleaning bathrooms to help pay for college. After graduation, Kevin held roles in Accounting, Asset Protection, Compliance, Risk Management, Safety, Security and facility management. 

Kevin is a proud veteran of the United States Army Military Police Corps, having served in the Kentucky Army National Guard and on active service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
